Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review your request.
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
