At Leimora Home Fragrance, each candle is handcrafted with care. Because our products are handmade and are considered personal-use items, all sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or products that have been used.

Damaged 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement.
