Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All sales are final.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee replacement or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
