Shipping policy

At Leimora Home Fragrance, we carefully hand-pack every order to ensure your candles arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We currently ship within the United States, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $50 or more. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at leimorahomefragrance@yahoo.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
